Shipping Times

  • Canada - SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING - 2 to 7 Business Days

All shipments are fully insured and trackable. When an order is placed, a Canada Post tracking number is issued. 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

 

Shipping Costs 

  • Canadian orders - Flat Rate - $30
  • Some shipments will require an additional shipping fee
  • Local orders - Shipping or In-Store Pick-Up available
  • USA orders from $35

 

  • USA Duties/Tariffs
  • Since 2025, the USA has imposed an Import Duty/Tariff on all goods being shipped from Canada. Once you place your order on the website, we will phone you within 24 hours with a quote for the USA tariff. We apologize for this additional cost, which is entirely out of our control.
  • Please note that you will not pay British Columbia 12% sales tax.

  • In-stock items ship same day or next day.

 

Returns

CANADA Online Returns

  • Must be shipped back to the store. Goods must arrive within 30 days of the original order date.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund minus original shipping cost.
  • Merchandise must be returned at customer expense.
  • Garments must have tags attached and be in original condition. We do not take back any garment which has been washed or dry-cleaned.

USA Returns - All returns from the United States must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued from the store.

USA CUSTOMERS - PLEASE CONTACT STORE - TOLL FREE - 1 866 389 0886 - for return authorization and additional return instructions. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of original order.

 

Exchanges

Please contact the store within seven days of date of receipt of item if you wish to exchange your online purchase.
