Shipping Times
- Canada - SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING - 2 to 7 Business Days
All shipments are fully insured and trackable. When an order is placed, a Canada Post tracking number is issued.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Shipping Costs
- Canadian orders - Flat Rate - $30
- Local orders - Shipping or In-Store Pick-Up available
- USA Orders - Since 2025, the USA has imposed an Import Duty/Tariff on all goods being shipped from Canada. Once you place your order on the website, we will phone you within 24 hours with a quote for the USA tariff. We apologize for this additional cost. Please note that you will not pay any British Columbia 12% sales tax.
Processing Times
- In-stock items ship same day or next day.
Returns
CANADA Online Returns - Must be shipped back to the store. Goods must arrive within 30 days of the original order date.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund minus original shipping cost.
Merchandise must be returned at customer expense.
Garments must have tags attached and be in original condition. We do not take back any garment which has been washed or dry-cleaned.

USA Returns - All returns from the United States MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
